Today was my first day back in full training, and it felt good!!!!!
I did pull-up progressions and during the routine I managed to do 3 pull-ups (taking my best up by 1), this means I have improved over the last week.
I highly recommend a back-off week, it refreshes your body and mind and you approach training with a new hunger.
Thanks for reading, tomorrow will have a more indepth post.

Definitely taking a week (or more) off from training should be something that everyone does. Good stuff on the pull-ups :) Great blog - thanks!

im turning 60 soon. I thought that was old until I saw stallone in the new rocky movie. He's in better shape than most 30 year old that I know. Im thinking of buying some fitness equipment from york. I've been working out most my life and now that I can see that age doesnt reallt matter I wanted to go out and buy a treadmill. Are york reliable? I know they offer good discounts, but should I compare the market? Thanks
Yeah a week off can usually improve your results even faster... it allows you to fully rest and build the muscle that you want... I hope that you start posting again.
